Opportunities for developing the former industrial site

Permission to demolish has been granted to the NEXANS company. Once the industrial premises have been destroyed, the preparation of the site will begin. The redevelopment of this site will take several years: from 2010 to 2015 approximately. The new constructions will have to meet an excellent standard from the environmental as much as the architectural point of view.

The new area will offer:
