  • A transport exchange point that will soon be strengthened with the Liévin / Lens / Hénin-Beaumont tramway (planned for 2015)
  • Two appeals for private investors: One to develop the predominantly service and hotel sector areas (on 20,000 sqm of expropriated land, that is 35,000 to 40,000 sqm of space to let) The other for a mixed project (predominantly hotels, restaurants, cultural/recreational facilities, etc.) on the site of the former Apollo cinema (9,000 to 10,000 sqm of space to let)
  • Creation of a long term carpark (630 spaces ultimately)
